- Application. A SunPlay primer goes down first. Once dry, a polymer layer spreads evenly across the surface, followed by a second layer where thermoplastic (TPV) granules get broadcast in for traction and texture. Extra layers can add depth or vibrancy as needed. Two coats of acrylic sealer finish the system for protection.
- Curing. Foot traffic can resume in as little as 12 to 24 hours, with safe water exposure after 48, making SunPlay a solid fit for projects on a tighter timeline.
