Most cracks and damage aren't structural and can be fixed before resurfacing. At SUNDEK of Tampa, we also offer concrete repair services. We can fix cracks, spalling, flaking, and other types of damage to your concrete. If your surface is a little uneven, we can probably resolve that too. We’ll come take a look at the damage and decide how to prevent it from happening again on your newly resurfaced patio.

Maintenance for patio coatings
Maintaining a SUNDEK surface isn't complicated. To keep it looking great, you’ll need to have it sealed. At SUNDEK of Tampa, we use high-quality sealers to finish our projects. A sealer protects your decorative patio from flaking, general wear and tear, UV rays, rain, salty air, dirt, and more. (You can learn more about the importance of sealers here.)
Routine upkeep includes blowing or sweeping debris from the surface. You should also wash off dirt using a hose or pressure washer as needed. For stains that are hard to remove, you can use a non-abrasive commercial cleaner, or our SunSpot product. Learn more about maintenance here.
